1. Service and acceptance

Veloura is a directory where adults may create listings, submit them for review, make approved listings searchable and request promotions. By creating an account or submitting content, users accept these Terms, the Rules, Privacy Notice and Safety guidance. Veloura is not a party to arrangements or meetings between users.

02

2. Account responsibility

Users must provide correct information, protect access, report unauthorised use and comply with law. Advertisers are responsible for content, permissions, tax and professional duties, and the legality of the advertised activity in the relevant jurisdiction.

03

3. Content licence

Users retain their rights and grant Macrohard1 S.r.l. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to the service term and revocable through removal, to host, technically adapt, display and distribute content within Veloura. It does not authorise unrelated uses.

04

4. Moderation and complaints

Publication is not automatic. Macrohard1 S.r.l. may reject, restrict, suspend or remove content and accounts for violations, risk, legal duties or authority requests, explaining the reason where possible. Users may request review through Report with “Review request”.

05

5. Premium packages

Élan, Signature and Première provide temporary priority for the duration and price displayed before ordering. They do not guarantee contacts, revenue, verification or a fixed position. Promotion starts only after listing approval and payment confirmation and does not auto-renew in the initial configuration.

06

6. Payment, withdrawal and refunds

Payment will use a compatible hosted checkout. Total price, duration, performance and complaint contact will be shown before purchase. Consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights; starting during the withdrawal period requires an express request and the statements required by law. Refunds and proportional amounts depend on performance and mandatory rights.

07

7. Availability and liability

Veloura aims for a secure and available service but may perform maintenance or suspend access. To the extent permitted by law, Macrohard1 S.r.l. is not liable for user content or conduct, off-platform arrangements, promotional outcomes or events beyond its control. Non-excludable liability and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

08

8. Law, changes and language

Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the country of residence and mandatory jurisdiction. Material changes will be notified with reasonable notice. The Italian version prevails in case of linguistic inconsistency unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
