1. Controller and contact

The controller is Macrohard1 S.r.l., VAT 13389550016, at Strada Comunale Val San Martino 111, 10131 Turin, Italy. To exercise privacy rights, use the Report form, select “Other” and begin with “Privacy request”. A dedicated privacy address must also be activated before commercial launch.

02

2. Data processed

We process account and authentication data, name and email returned by the access provider, language preference, listing details, location, contact details selected for publication, photos and metadata, verification requests, promotion orders, reports, moderation decisions and technical security data. The 18+ gate stores a local declarative preference only; it collects no identity documents and produces no certified proof of age. We do not request card data; payment must use a hosted provider checkout.

03

3. Purposes and legal bases

Processing supports account management, approved publication, requested promotions, moderation, abuse prevention, reporting, legal compliance and legal claims. Bases include contract, pre-contractual steps, legal obligation, legitimate security interests and consent where required. Public data is limited to what the advertiser chooses for the listing.

04

4. Visibility, recipients and transfers

Approved listings, location, media and selected contact details become public. Hosting, authentication, storage, essential analytics and payment suppliers may process data as processors or independent controllers. Before launch, the supplier list, processing countries and safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA must be completed.

05

5. Retention and security

Data is kept as long as needed for the stated purposes, the relationship and legal claims. Removed content and moderation records may be retained in limited form for security, legal duties or investigations; accounting records follow statutory periods. A technical retention schedule for each category must be approved and implemented before launch.

06

6. Rights, complaints and minors

Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. They may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Veloura is not for minors; related reports receive priority and may require protected evidence preservation and authority notification.

07

7. Cookies and decisions

The service uses technologies strictly necessary for authentication, security and preferences. Non-essential tools will only run with the lawful basis and choices required by law. Moderation includes human involvement; Veloura does not make solely automated decisions producing significant legal effects.
